Jane Nash, an educator in West Virginia, celebrates i-Ready growth in her classroom. She explains, "Every month we assign Growth Checks to our students. I look at the students' scores and choose the top two students who increase their scores the most. I then display their names, the months covered and how many points they increased their scores. This is an awesome way to praise the students who do not always achieve a high score on their assessments. These students are also the ones who don't get praise as often for their grades. We love celebrating growth!"
