Caroline Noble, an educator in Nashville, TN, created an i-Ready anchor chart highlighting the special treat. Students who meet their 30-minute goal and make 100% on their lessons for that week write their names in one of the boxes. When the whole chart is filled, the class would enjoy a special treat. Students who also made at least a 75% on their lessons for the week were able to put a pom-pom in the i-Ready jar.
