Christena, a teacher in Florida, created a Learning Goals Board to display her students’ i-Ready goals. Students set a growth goal for themselves and fill in the blank: “I will reach my goal by _______.” Publicly displaying goals is not only a great way to hold students accountable, but also reminds students of their goals and celebrates their growth mindset.
