Kathy McCarlie, an educator in Mississippi, created a motivational door for students to see before their i-Ready Diagnostic! She explains, "This is a door decoration that I did in preparation for the third Diagnostic, but it could be used for any testing. Since we test kindergarten through fourth grade, I used buddies, characters, and sayings that all age groups would recognize. Hopefully this was a bit of encouragement to the students during testing! All the characters and sayings came from the i-Ready image collection!"
