Blair Mishleau from Washington, DC makes posters with the faces of students who have passed many i-Ready lessons and hangs them around the school in order to motivate other students. Blair creates a speech bubble on the poster next to the student’s smiling face that says, “I’ve passed (number of completed i-Ready lessons) lessons on i-Ready! Can you catch up with me?” Blair says, “This makes students feel celebrated (especially students who haven’t felt a ton of success previously). It also normalizes i-Ready use!”
