Writing a note from an i-Ready character can increase student engagement and excitement around a new goal, progress toward goals, and/or a Diagnostic. For example, teachers or leaders can write a note to pump up students before a Diagnostic or after a Diagnostic to celebrate success. At Lake Mary Elementary, these characters celebrated students meeting a goal and getting 100% on online lessons.
