Lindsey Long put together a simple display chart to share Diagnostic data. Ms. Long includes the percentage of students who showed growth, the average total growth points, and average growth per student of each of her math classes. Each class is able to see their growth as an average, rather than on a specific student basis. This is a great way to motivate students without singling anyone out. Ms. Long’s chart tells students how proud she is of their hard work!
