The kindergarten teaching team at PS 38 in New York shared their success in holding a virtual family night to introduce i-Ready to kindergarten families. Using videoconferencing and presentation software, the kindergarten teaching team explained the benefits of i-Ready, the expectations for kindergarten students and their families while using i-Ready, provided a tour of the i-Ready interface, explained how to log in, and reviewed some of the support materials available to help families use i-Ready at home.

Consider hosting a family night in person or remotely to help support kindergarten families as their students are introduced to i-Ready at the beginning of the school year.
