She explains, "When students complete a lesson at 100%, we give them a raffle ticket. At the end of each month, we raffle off a book! We also fill out a reflection on what we learned from the lesson and watch our progress grow!" Students at Laura's school love the challenge, and a book is a great way to reward hard work.
