Send a Silly Picture to Connect with Students from Afar

Michelle King, a teacher from Port Malabar, FL, dressed up with the help of her children to help motivate her students while they learned from home. Michelle posted a message to her students on Twitter stating, "Port Malabar students and teachers are working hard on i-Ready lessons at home! I can’t wait to celebrate and have some fun together again soon!" Michelle also explained that, "The two featured in the picture with me are my own (in their jammies!). They had a blast wrapping me in tickets. They are in kindergarten and are completing i-Ready math and reading lessons from home each day too! 😊” Michelle's idea is another simple way that teachers can connect with students when learning from afar.
