Aaron Hancock, an educator in Florida, developed a schoolwide store that runs parallel to the school's in-class token economy. He explains, "I reward students for completing their lessons as well as for scoring high. Students receive $3 for a 100% on an i-Ready lesson, $1 for 80–99%, and $0.25 for anything below 80%. Students track their own data and are always rewarded for completing lessons to encourage student involvement and participation."
