Melanie Rhyne, a teacher in North Carolina, created an i-Ready Wheel of Prizes! She explains, "Classes work as teams to ensure all team members have 45 minutes of i-Ready Online Instruction with a 70% or above. When class teams meet this goal, they are able to move 10 yards on our football-themed “In It to Win It” challenge bulletin board. When a team scores a touchdown by going 100 yards, the class earns a chance to spin the Wheel of Prizes. The prizes are all different and give the class a chance to celebrate their team victory. This has enhanced time on task and proficiency, along with spurring some healthy competition between classes. They are in it to win it!"
